From the Batu Sari Diamond Collection, this pendant is as admirable as it is brilliant. The border and trim are themed after the Dot Nuansa collection, in which John Hardy takes 18K Gold and sterling silver beads and flattens them to make small circular discs. The discs are then hand-embedded in a natural rhythmic pattern. The sterling silver stones are set with unusual triangular-shaped prongs that envelope the Blue Topaz stone, like a silk sari wraps a beautiful Balian woman. Pave-set diamons (0.32 karats) border the center stone to create more brilliance. Using sterling silver and 18K gold, the complex grillwork of the metal is inspired by the carved stone window screens of the desert palaces of India. Matching earrings available.
