MAKES TWO 9" CRISPS
DIRECTIONS FOR ONE 9" CRISP: Preheat oven to 375F. Peel and slice 5 medium apples. Blend together 1-1/4 cups of mix and 4 tablespoons melted butter or margarine. Spread apple slices (or 3 cups of your favorite fruit) in a buttered 9" pie dish and top with the crumbly mixture. Bake for 30 minutes.
VARIATION: For one larger crisp, peel and slice 10 medium apples. Blend the entire contents of this bag with 1/2 cup of melted butter or margarine. Spread apple slices in a buttered 9" x 13" baking dish and top with crumbly mixture. Bake in preheated 375F oven for 30 minutes.
