The PCIESYS100-11 board is powered by Xilinx Virtex-4 XC4VFX100-11FF1152 with 16 RocketIO Multi Gigabit Transceivers, and 56,880 logic cells. The PCIESYS100-11 board provides one PCI Express 8-lane male connector, one PCI Express 4-lane female connector, two SFP, and two HSSDC2 connectors. The PCIESYS60 board also provides access up to 512 MB of DDR2 memory.
The PCIESYS100-11 board is bundled with a full featured version of PCI Express IP Core. Designers can add their own logic inside the FPGA, connect it to the PCI Express controller and benefit from the on-board DDR2 memory and a wide variety of I/0s.
Popular daughterboard connectors such as AV Bus can also be accessed from within the FPGA

The optional SFP-HSI Module provides access to three (Small Form Factor Pluggable) SFP. It can be plugged into high speed Samtec connectors (only with the PCIESYS100 version)
