All the models in the range have "professional" level specifications and features whilst benefiting from being manufactured in medical grade stainless steel. All four models are delivered to you almost completely assembled requiring only minimal final assembly before you are up and running and ready to cook. Mounted on superb looking and extremely practical stainless steel cabinets that feature heavy duty locking castors, the Connoisseur range offers large cooking area's with either stainless steel or porcelain coated cooking grills. All the models have useful warming racks and high performance nickel coated cast brass side burners allowing you to introduce another cooking method into your barbecuing. The double skinned roll top roasting hoods feature accurate temperature gauges as well as powerful 240 volt mains powered counterbalanced rotisseries enabling you to cook the largest of items. Preventing those embarrassing and unwanted flare ups are stainless steel flame tamers / tenderizers which are both easy to clean and will also give your food that superb authentic barbecued flavor. Underneath the cooking area are large removable stainless steel drip trays which allow you easy access to clean your barbecue after use. All the Connoisseur range come with gas hoses and clip on regulators making either our 9Kg Leisure Gas or 11Kg Patio Gas the obvious choice to power your barbecue.
