Two sterling silver lobster claws attach the bracelet to the included Junior size medical ID tag. The smaller sized tag is included and the tag itself is in highly polished stainless steel and is engraveable on both sides. (On Front: 13 characters/line, limit up to 4 lines/ On Back: 19 characters/line up to 4 lines). The tag comes with a highly fired, enamel medical emblem with either a red or blue background (select below).
