On the back of each packet it says the following: "Press it, Stamp it, Cut it, Weave it, Sew it, Wash it!"
"To make nonwoven fabric, preheat iron medium high. Place a small amount of one or many colors between two layers of parchment paper. Iron for 3-5 seconds. Use as a background or cut into shapes. To make fairy wings, ink a rubber stamp with permanent ink. Lay a large amount of fiber on the stamp, add parchment paper & iron for 5-7 seconds. Cut out. Glue onto stamped image. Can also be used to heat bond to Fantasy Film"
Barbara Trombley also says, " Fantasy Fiber may be heat bonded flat or carded into yarns, woven into knitted sweaters or couched (twisted into a rope) and hand sewn in place."
