How it Works
The Linksys Voice System gives small businesses a voice network that is easy to install, simple to use at the price small businesses can afford.
- Auto Attendant can only transfer calls to internal extensions registered to the SPA 9000. It cannot transfer or forward calls to external Virtual Numbers or PSTN numbers.
- Music on Hold is currently not available for external calls
- The MWI (Message Waiting Indicator) will not be available as in order to provide voicemail for the extensions we are forwarding calls to Virtual Numbers which will be used to retrieve that voicemail.
- Each DID can only receive two simultaneous calls. Even though you can configure one DID per line in the SPA (a total of 4) and configure forwarding in the control panel, each DID would still receive a maximum of 2 simultaneous calls.
- The SPA 9000 can handle up to 16 simultaneous outgoing calls either through one line or through its 4 lines.
*Only available in the SPA942 and SPA922
