This is one of Adrian Borlands best kept (side-project) secrets. On this album he flirts around under the pseudonym Joachim Pimento. The whole album is a remarkable blend of modern technology and sixties rooted primitivism. The record combines a menacing atmosphere with driving rhythms, Joachim Pimento's (Adrian Borland) red-hot guitar searing between Lord Sulacos's gruff intonations and Zoe Zettner's distinctive keyboards floating above Wright's forceful human and electronic battery. Influences as The Stooges/Iggy Pop, Kraftwerk, Tom Waits & Surfmusic combined with the Honolulu's own musical weirdness makes this album a special treat for every Borland/Sound/Post-Punk fan.
