At this time of year energies in nature reach their peak it is a time of outwards and upwards movement. Depending on our state of balance, the light and warmth of Summer encourages us to move, to communicate from the heart, and to feel compassion and empathy towards others.
However, if we are out of balance and depending to a certain extent on our constitution, certain physical and emotional symptoms can occur physically anything hot, swollen or painful (such as palpiltations, eczema, painful urination, painful joints, heartburn); emotionally if we have an excess of Fire energy - any fiery emotions such as anxiety, rage, hysteria or if we are deficient in fire energy - nervous exhaustion, feeling vulnerable, sensitive and withdrawn.
Coming Into Fullness essential oil blend can be used whenever we need to experience expansiveness in our lives and go out into the world to share our gifts with others. If we are reluctant to do this, this blend will ease feelings of melancholy and isolation. If we are too expansive and have a tendency to burn out, these oils encourage calm and balance, helping us to maintain our vibrancy but also reminding us that we must all return home to rest.
Coming Into Fullness contains the following essential oils, divided into two groups for ease of description: Benzoin, Basil, Hyssop, Lemon, Orange, Patchouli and Peppermint These essential oils expand our energy system so that we can embrace life with an open heart and encourage rapport. Their qualities include awakening and opening the heart, feeling uplifted, fulfilled and vital and the suggestion that we must take the first step if we wish for positive action in our lives.
The second group of essential oils in COMING INTO FULLNESS include: Frankincense, Geranium, Lavender, Petitgrain, Roman Chamomile and Sandalwood They encourage balance and the knowledge that we need to come back to our centre to rest. These oils encourage introspection and help us to feel comforted, calm, soothed so that we are able to connect back to our highest truth and strong sense of self.
The challenge of the energy of Summer/Fire is to find the balance between sharing our vibrancy with others, but staying mindful to the knowledge that we must also allow time for ourselves to rest.
