Produced from selected cool climate vineyards in south-west France, so important in very hot conditions of 2003. Low yields of only 40hl/ha give a delicious, pungent concentration of fruit. A pure, clean dry wine full of cut grass aromas, kiwi fruit and gooseberries balanced by a delicious citrus tang.
