If you love pure, unadulterated, concentrated Syrah, look no further. I heard that this domaine had entered into the elite of Crozes-Hermitage in recent years. Quite often high expectations lead to disappointment. The modern winery, built in 1990, is situated on the busy M7 between Tain l'Hermitage and Pont de l'Isère. It is here that Laurent Combier, a very practical, open minded winemaker produces his lush exuberant and rich style of wine. Farmed organically, his 13 hectares of vineyards are situated on the 'Les Chassis' plateau.
