3 bottles Extra Strength Oil of Oregano, origanum syriacum, is imported from Turkey. This plant is also known as Biblical Hyssop, referred to by the writer King David of old, who stated: "Purge me with hyssop, and I shall be clean: wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow" (Psa 51:7).
This herb grows wild throughout much of the middle east, especially Turkey. It is wildcrafted when mature, brought to a central steaming plant, and the oil is removed through steam distillation. No chemical solvents are used.
Composition is 79% carvacrol, along with other naturally occurring constituents. Our Extra Strength Oil of Oregano is concentrated and standardized so as to give a minimum of 54mg oil of oregano and 40mg carvacrol per serving (4 drops).
