*Carb Adjusting Tool is 11 inches long and made of alloy steel and is especially useful for tuning the GL1000! Eliminates fumbling with inadequate tools while trying to view your mercury carb sync tuner. You can manipulate the air fuel adjustment screw and tighten the lock nut without slippage when desired mercury vacuum level is reached. Fits both Mikuni and Keihin carburetors with 8mm hex nut and screw driver slot.
Maintenance schedule: Honda recommends checking your carburetor idle speed every 4000 miles and your carburetor choke every 8000 miles. Synchronize your carburetors every 8000 miles or 12800 km.
