Delco's Mobile Power Wash School
Five days, Six instructors
Monday through Friday in Fort Worth, Texas
Spend four sessions working with a different successful Contract Cleaner Company each day. Each contractor is very successful in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Spend two more days working with Delco's technical staff. Each contractor will tell you the secret of his success and his trade secrets. They will be sharing confidential information including customer list and pricing. You will be observing and participating in actual jobs onsite in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Therefore this course is not offered to anyone who is from the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex or plans on doing business within 100 miles of the Metroplex.

Instructors include...
Walt & Rhonda McCarty, owners of "Patriot Pressure Wash & Parking Lot Stripping". Walt & Rhonda have over 9 years combined experience in the cleaning business. They have experience in washing houses, multi-storied buildings, parking lots, heavy equipment, post construction clean-up and flat-work. They will share inexpensive and quick ways to make money in each of these areas. They will also discuss how to make sure that you are prepared for each job BEFORE you arrive. Walt & Rhonda will schedule hands-on demonstrations and show you nifty equipment time-savers to make your daily work easier.
Scott Hyde, owner of "Texas Vent-A-Clean" has 16 years experience in Mobile Power Washing specializing in Kitchen Vent-A-Hoods. Scott has developed simple and effective ways to capture the wash water from cleaning filters, duct work, vent-a-hoods, kitchen equipment, fans, etc. You will learn the art of tarping so that clean up and waste water disposal is a snap. The bidding process will be covered from A to Z. You will see the equipment that is needed for both the cleaning and waste water disposal demonstrated in the field. Mike Hinderliter, President of "Steamaway Mobile Power Wash", and former president of Power Washers of North America will teach "Environmental Fleet Washing", which includes Truck Washing Techniques, Environmental Concerns, Time Saving Practices, Truck Washing Markets, Marketing Strategies, Record Keeping (Mike has a degree in accounting, but found power washing to be a more lucrative trade), Equipment Needs, Job Site Demonstrations, and Employee Relations. Mike can be seen in Delco's video tapes 301 (Starting Your Own Mobile Power Wash Business), 504 (Fleet Washing with Portable Pits and Portable Recycling Systems), and 508, (Fleet Owners, Contracting for Environmental Mobile Power Wash Services).
Wayne Shockey, owner of "Specialized Maintenance & Awning Cleaning Services" has 18 years experience in truck washing, sidewalks, driveways, loading docks, parking lots and awning cleaning. Robert M. Hinderliter, President of Delco Cleaning Systems of Fort Worth, teaches the Environmental Power Washing Seminar. Robert has over 30 years of Mobile Power Wash Industry Experience. Robert founded what is now Delco Cleaning Systems of Fort Worth in 1973. In addition, Robert operated a Mobile Power Wash Service for 10 years specializing in fleet washing, building restoration, and industrial cleaning. Larry Hinckley, General Manager and Senior Technical Advisor of Delco Cleaning Systems of Fort Worth teaches Pressure Washer Maintenance, Awning Cleaning, and Deck Restoration and Maintenance. Larry has 30 years experience in electro-mechanical design and maintenance with over 20 years experience in all aspects of pressure wash maintenance, repair, design, and cleaning techniques. Delco's DVD Training Package 1100, which includes eight DVDs and two manuals (a $250.00 value), literature from our Maintenance and Environmental Seminars, plus information from each of our Contract Cleaner instructors.
Terms: The course cost $2195.00. A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 (no COD's) is due when you sign up for the course. Your course materials (manuals and tapes) will be sent out upon receipt of your $500.00 non-refundable deposit. The balance of $1695.00 will be due at the beginning of the first day of class. In the event you are unable to attend your deposit can be used for a different class date. If you have purchased Delco's DVD Training Package 1100 within the last 12 months be sure and let us know and we will give you credit towards the cost of the course.

They are applying Delco Red Truck Wash Powder (R-109) with an RK-41 (not shown), R-1 Hose, YG-5000 trigger gun, 70" W-15 insulated wand and ST-457 rotary nozzle to prepare a house for painting and cleaning up the bricks and side walks around the house. Unlike the photo, Delco (and Matt) recommends wearing proper shoes, pants, and other clothing while power washing.
