The Reebok Iron Vest can be adjusted to suit your needs. Simply add more weights as you need them. The 4.5kg Iron Vest comes with 18 adjustable 1/2 lb. weights that are placed evenly around the body. Additional weight can be purchased to adjust the vest up to 9kg. The 9kg vest holds 38 individual 1/2 lb. weights and can be adjusted to hold up to 76 individual 1/2lb. weights to make it an 18kg vest.
