Many young people recognize him as the fatso in Hong Kong director Johnnie To's films. Some know that he is the father of commercial director Wong Jing. In fact, he was the most prolific and successful director during the 60's, and arguably one of the best directors ever! Wong Tin Lam has director over 300 films. He has made films with most of the superstars of the 50s and 60s. He is good at making films of different genres and he has won numerous awards in his lifetime.
In the 70s, he became a TV-series producer in TVB and continued to make quality drama series in the 80s. We are proud to present five masterpieces in this collection directed by the legendary Wong Tin Lam.
