(Shaare Zion had since merged with Mount Sinai and is now Congregation Beth Shalom). Cooking with Shaare Zion includes recipes for appetizers, soups, salads, vegetables, fish, meats, poultry, puddings, pancakes, breads, desserts, drinks and Jewish holiday menus.
