Seelecttea organic lemonade syrup is pasteurized in the bottle so no refrigeration is necessary until after opening.
To reconstitute in to the finished drink add 1 ounce of syrup to every 4 ounces of water and pour over ice. To make it sweeter you can mix it to 3 ounces of water instead. Seelecttea organic lemonade syrup can also be used to make sorbet or shaved ice in a home ice cream maker. Simply take 1 ounce of organic lemonade syrup and dilute in 3 ounces o f water and chill for at least two hours before pouring in you home ice cream maker.
To make it creamier add a 1/8 teaspoon of locust bean gum for every 32 ounces of mix (available at natures flavors ) and completely dissolve in the finished mix before adding to the ice cream maker. You can also add a small amount of organic flavor concentrate along with some cherry juice concentrate to make delicious strawberry lemonade. You can use any red juice or vegetable extract to get the red color of the strawberry. Seelecttea organic lemonade syrup is kosher, vegan, gluten free, and packed with the freshness of California lemons.
