For those who desire a taste of each of the Salty Oats cookies, this assorted bag includes three of each of the plain and cocoa cookies.
The classic Salty Oats cookie was originally made by Teri Horn as a way to satisfy a craving she had when kayaking along the coast of Maine. This cookie is offhandedly referred to by some of our staff as the best cookie in the world - perhaps a bit of hyperbole, but you get the idea... these cookies are darn good.
The plain cookies are made using organic oats, unbleached white flour, organic whole wheat flour, raisins, butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, kosher salt, baking powder, and baking soda.
The cocoa cookie is made with organic oats, unbleached white flour, Valrhona cocoa, Callebaut bittersweet chocolate and unsweetened chocolate, butter, sugar, eggs, unsweetened coconut, Maldon sea salt, baking powder, and baking soda. These cookies are dense so feel free to share!
