Our medium heat green salsa is made with organic tomatillos. These small, firm green fruits covered with a paper-like husk are not green tomatoes, although they are called tomate verde in Mexico. Our flavorful green salsa is excellent served over rice, enchiladas, and other Mexican style dishes.
Ingredients: Organic Tomatillos, Water, Organic Jalapeno Peppers (organic green jalapeno peppers, salt, vinegar, calcium chloride), Organic Cilantro, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Organic Garlic, Organic Dehydrated Onion, Sea Salt, Organic Cumin, Xanthan Gum.
