The Flashcards.co.nz Gift Voucher Order/Redemption Process:
1) Add Gift Vouchers to your Shopping Cart to the value required.
2) Proceed to checkout and pay for your Vouchers Securely Online (along with any other items in your Cart at the time).
3) Once payment for your Gift Voucher order has been received/confirmed, individual Voucher redemption codes will be emailed directly to you for each Voucher purchased. A hyperlink will be included in this email where the voucher may be redeemed online in our store.
4) Forward the redemption code email to anyone you wish for them to redeem online in our store.
5) Once the recipient has redeemed the Voucher online, they will then have a store credit to the value of the Voucher and you will receive an automatic email update as to who redeemed the Voucher from you and when they redemmed it.

- Gift Vouchers must be redeemed through the Flashcards.co.nz Web site, toward the purchase of products listed in Flashcards.co.nz's online store.
- Gift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other Gift Vouchers.
- Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
- Any unused balance will remain in the recipient's Flashcards.co.nz Gift Voucher account and is not transferable once redeemed.
- If an order exceeds the amount of the Gift Voucher Balance remaining, you must pay for the balance using one of our standard online payment methods.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Vouchers that have been emailed to you.
- Flashcards.co.nz reserve the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Gift Voucher is either redeemed through the Flashcards.co.nz Web site or is redeemed and used to make purchases on the Flashcards.co.nz Web site.
- Flashcards.co.nz will provide Gift Voucher purchasers with information about the redemption status of Gift Vouchers via email.
