A super absorbing powder which has very strong moisture collection qualities is mixed with paper pulp to form a flat sheet. It is then heat pressed into a thin absorbent pad, then glued together with a plastic waterproof back. The finished pad is thinner and has greater absorbing and odour retention qualities than the normal tissue type animal pads currently available.
First Layer: Blue plastic outer backing sheet not glued to the inner absorbtion sheet, thus allowing the moisture to be retained between the layers. The pad is sealed on all sides to retain the moisture within.
Second Layer: A solution of paper pulp and super absorbent powder is moulded by a heat process to create a thin sheet. The result is a thin sheet with super absorbent qualities that retains a large quantity of fluid within a small area. The powder sucks the surface layer dry, ready for re-use. The middle layer remains damp to reduce odour.
Third Layer: A strong woven fabric, heat fused to the second layer forming a firm smooth surface reducing wear & tear due to scratching, eliminating fluff & dust.

Silky smooth texture: The fast absorbing quality ensures that the pad remains smooth, dry and soft even after use by your pet.
Specially heat-pressed: During manufacture, the pad is saturated with the super absorbent powder and then heat pressed to create a thin, non-bulky quality sheet. This process guarantees that the pad will not scrunch or become lumpy during and after use by your pet.
HOUSE TRAINING:
- Unfold the pad and place blue waterproof backing on the floor.
- Sit or stand your pet on the pad several times a day to train and familiarise them with the feel and scent of the pad. This should be done immediately after meals and before sleeping and upon waking.
- When your pet uses the pad, praise and patting will encourage repeated use.
- When your pet goes elsewhere, take him to the pad as soon as possible to reinforce training.
Keep the pad well away from your pet's food, water and bedding. Keep in the same place each time. As your pet becomes a regular user, gradually move the pad towards the door, then place in the outside location you wish your pet to use.
