A photographic deckle-edged card of Plaza Congreso, Buenos Aires, used 1936. Very sharp detail including tramcars and motor vehicles including, at left, a street-washing vehicle spraying water. The area at the top of the square has been sprayed, but the centre of the plaza, in the foreground, has not.
