Dry carbon products are made in a dry process which consists of vacuum forming a pre-impregnated sheet of carbon fiber into a mold at pressurized high temperatures utilizing an autoclave. This process allows carbon fiber to form into a strong and lightweight composite. This is the same process that is used to produce panels for professional race cars in F-1, Le Mans, and NASCAR, as well as many other race series.
