I built this bike specifically for the 2003 Alans/BCF Oldschool National Race Series. This is my personal 2003 oldschool race bike, I tried to build it as you would in 1990, when Greg Hill was riding for Robinson.It is assembled from New Old Stock parts all dating from around 1990 keeping it period-correct. I raced at the season warm-up at Slough, Harworth and Coppull rounds (finished 4th both times), crashed at NASS and crashed while practising for round 4 at Chesterfield. So the bike has been ridden probably 6 times. It's still pretty much as new although the brake lever is scratched, the left pedal cage is bent in a bit , also a piece of paint has fallen off the frame where that plate is welded to the seat tube near the BB (would be easy to touch up).
