French Champagne. A perfect balance of fruit and acidity. It is very elegant, complexly flavored, with absolutely no rough edges and a wonderful texture. An almost even blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from mainly Grand Cru vineyards. It will be at its best in ten years or so, but it is delicious even now!
