JAPANESE CHEF´S KNIFE SASHIMI - HANDLE MADE OF NOBLE MAGNOLIA WOOD
The 24 cm long, slim blade shows unmistakably it is a Sashimi. Cakes or fish can be cut perfectly thereby. The Japanese knife has a non-stainless, on one side polished blade made of carbon steel. The handle is made of fine magnolia wood, the ferrule is made of black plastic.
