I ordered 2 Dallas Cowboys comforters and the matching sheets. The order was placed 2 weeks before Christmas. About 1 week after I PLACED the order I followed up bc I hadn't received a shipping notification. I was told that this wouldn't make it before Christmas because the comforters were custom made. I was very upset because no where in my order did it state that this product wouldn't arrive before Christmas otherwise I wouldn't have placed my order with this company.
I tried to call several times (they NEVER answer the phone) I finally reached out to them via e-mail. After I asked if I could cancel my order since it wouldn't arrive in time I was given a UPS tracking number and they said it was shipped. It's 12/23 and I just tracked my order to make sure it would be delivered today. It's out for delivery in OREGAN. I live in TEXAS. Again, I tried to call and no one answered.
I have no idea how I'm going to explain this to my 5 year old son who specifically asked for this. What a LET DOWN!!!!!!! December 23rd, 2008
