Yes, I rated this site 5 hoping they will improve the delivery methods in the future. The watch I received is exactly what I see on the site and customer support I like too. They answer any questions either online via chat or within a couple of hours by email. There is also a phone # for direct contacts but I did not try it as it was not necessary. I was really disappointed by the delivery time that takes ages the parcel to reach my address. Well the quality of the watch deserves to wait 3 weeks or even more. September 15th, 2011
