Figural enamel and rhinestone dog brooch with the appearance of a whippet. I've also thought this could be a deer, but find myself going back and forth on that. Either way, it is a lovely enameled vintage jewelry piece with rhinestones embedded along the legs and a black enamel dot for his eye. The enameling is not perfect, but the flaw is one that occurred during the firing process and is not later damage. The plating on the back side is goldtone and there is a riveted pinback that works nicely. This adorable vintage figural pin measures 2" wide and is in very good overall condition.
